Vacation: Day 3

Day 3!!
This year, since we ALL went, we had to get two separate condos. Jeff, the kids and myself were in one condo (which was really nice... it let the kids each have their own rooms... but we also missed getting to hang out with everyone! Pros/cons... wahhhh, right!? haha) and everyone else shared the one with the largest kitchen/livingroom so we could all eat together and the kids could play together. It really was great... they all had a great time and played with each others toys!

So day 3 we started off with family breakfast and play time while the boys took all the stuff down to the beach. They had great intentions but honestly (*keep in mind i'm all about practicality and using time wisely) I wasnt a fan. It took what felt like forever to get set up and come back to help us get the kids loaded up and out the door (yes, i need help with that). So we didnt get to the beach till about 10 which for me is WAY late. I like to be out there by 9am at the LATEST. My plan each day is to eat, get loaded up and get out there. Stay till naptime where we come back for the DAY. Once we load up, i'm done. I'm not going twice in one day to the beach. Its too much to take! Too much work! ;-)

Of course liz and I wanted just ONE good pic of all the cousins together. Impossible. Simply impossible.

Gran and Grandad came on down to the beach (Ronni tends to come on out in the morning while Andy lolly gags a little bit and ususally doesnt come down till closer till noon) and the kids had a great time with them!

Jeff, always thinking and being creative, decided he would try to get the seagull to eat from his hand.
SUCCESS!
The kids wanted to do it, too!!!

They would literally all sit there and wait for jeff to offer more food!
There was this one spot near our tent that day that was just a big pile of seashells. And mack was OBSESSED with walking on them over and over and over. Like someone walking on fire, youknow? It was so strange and cracked us up!

That evening, after naps, we played in the pool for a bit and then ordered in some dinner. And then indulged in some icecream! Andy and I have a tradition of nightly coke floats while on vacation so the kids, of course, had to be included (minus the coke)!

Love those baby blues!
LOL! Look at that icecream mustache/goatee!

We had a blast! and were excited for day 4! :-)
