Family!

It all started with Aunt Gaye (Ronni's sister) who lives in South Carolina wanting to come for a visit so she could see the kids! But what started off as a very intimate get together quickly turned into a little mini family reunion... and we LOVED it!

This past Saturday we were able to host a time together with Aunt Gaye, Uncle Wayne, Aunt Cathy, Ronni and Andy and Jason and Liz at our home. Although, they made it easy for us... Ronni provided most of the food (fried chicken, cantaloupe, grapes, broccoli slaw, potato salad and rolls), Aunt Cathy brought some yummy things (sweet tea and green beans) and we provided the house and vanilla delight for dessert! YUM! (of course, Jeff and I are doing weight watchers and are training ourselves to hate food! ha!)

We got to hear from Aunt Gaye about her recent missions trip to Costa Rica and checked out her fabulous pics while she narrated :-) And it was great because we could all visit and the kids could nap as they needed while we continued to enjoy one another... we didnt feel rushed at all and just soaked up the time together!


We had a great time together and it was SO nice to see the family MORE than once a year!
